Lake Nona Homes for Sale
Few Orlando neighborhoods were planned as deliberately as Lake Nona, where the Medical City campus, the trail network, and the housing all went in together rather than growing up piecemeal. Zen Home Group works across the area's range, from townhomes near Laureate Park's village center to custom estates behind the gates of Lake Nona Golf and Country Club. Buyers here are usually weighing newer construction and short commutes to the medical campus against older, cheaper inventory closer to central Orlando. The tradeoff is real, and most people who choose Lake Nona are buying the master plan as much as the house.

Home Styles and Price Context
Newer construction defines almost everything here. Townhomes and smaller single-family homes make up much of Laureate Park, with alley-loaded garages, front porches, and tight lots designed around walkability. Move toward Eagle Creek and Lake Nona Estates and the homes grow, with golf frontage and custom builds at the top of the market. Very little pre-2005 inventory exists, which means buyers trade the character of an older Orlando neighborhood for new systems, warranties, and HOA-maintained streetscapes.
Neighborhoods
Laureate Park
Walk the village center on a weekend and you get the clearest picture of Laureate Park: pool, gym, restaurants, and neighbors on foot. Housing runs from townhomes to larger single-family homes, and it draws heavily from Medical City employees.
Eagle Creek
Golf drives the layout at Eagle Creek, a gated community built around its own championship course. Homes here skew larger and more traditional than Laureate Park's modern bungalows.
Lake Nona Estates
The private club community at Lake Nona Golf and Country Club holds the area's highest-end custom homes, many on the water or the course.
Daily Life
The airport is roughly fifteen minutes out, which matters for the many residents who travel for work. Medical City anchors employment, with the UCF College of Medicine, Nemours Children's Hospital, and the Orlando VA Medical Center all on campus. Kids attend Laureate Park Elementary and Lake Nona Middle and High Schools. Miles of connected trails and the USTA National Campus fill out the weekends.
Local Expertise in Lake Nona
Choosing between a Laureate Park townhome and a larger home behind the gates at Eagle Creek is the decision most buyers here actually face, and Zen Home Group has worked both sides of it.
